Background checks

It's very interesting how employment and recruitment agencies perform background checks on networking sites like facebook, myspace, linkedin, cestagi to name a few. I?m aware of many individuals who were denied good positions based on the contents found on these social sites. When posting any information, beware of the consequences in the long run. Of course, there are also good things associated with them ?
