Good that they're getting a lot of beta testers, but the line about collapsing a hosted service into the next version of Exchange kinda threw me for a loop. Is that really the best way to write a server app? I guess if they have no idea how to write it correctly, they could learn a lot by making it a service and tweaking it... but that doesn't inspire any confidence.
