OMG Tim: This topic reminds me of a required highschool english book-report concerning the author George Orwell's, "1984" published in 1949 where the political intrigue of "BigBrother" was first coined. That was spookie-stuff to a kid in 1962, especially after JFK's videoed demise.
Just how far are these think-tanks going to gleen their data for analysis? Create a nano-bot serum to annoculate our infants before or after birth? [I could be a "Fringe" scriptwriter with those ideas.] Those little creatures could self-replicate biological computer implant-growths: GPS & all the works!
