The one thing that comes to mind is that business users don't want blogs, wiki, or other Enterprise 2.0 tools; they want solutions to their problems. This does include the for mentioned tools but it's usually in conjunction with a community solution. For example, one customer wanted to create a community environment for professional development which included a blog and shared wiki space. However, they also wanted profiles, shared documents, community event calendar, and several other functions. Maybe they could have pulled together 10 different Enterprise 2.0 products that didn?t communicate and had 10 different look and feels. Or, they could just use Sharepoint.
