All new cars manufactured in India must meet Euro2 level emission control. Pollution you see in Indian cities is combination of Old cars and Trucks which are more than 15 years old. Also factories located near to cities add into it.
This car is manufactured for India, it meets demand of Indian middle class which is more important. This is no way intended for other markets in any case.
