While RIM spent their time over the years building infrastructure -Apple built an eco-system.
RIM doesn't get it, its app world enables people to download Blackberry apps from a central location. So what! The user interface seems to be an after thought for RIM.
The iPhone on the other hand has changed the way people behave and think. 25,000 apps and counting means RIM will always be starving for app developers and their mind share. Just don't see how RIM could ever close the gap.
