Who cares? Amazon is not some public service library where we should all be concerned if it loses inventory. Bottom line is this, Amazon is a commercial entity, because of some IT factors it lost sales opportunities which were easily filled by some other commercial entity, big deal *yawn*
And whether it was caused by an internal IT screw-up in the cataloguing department or an internal IT screw-up in the IT security department shouldn't matter a jot to anyone who isn't a shareholder.
Can we have some real news please?
