The Zeebo and it's games are geared towards low cost, casual play, and simplicity. Think of it like a DSi console. The games are small, simple, and fun. The larger one's probably won't be over a MB each. And the console is cheap... much cheaper than a DS for example.
Think about it... If MS came out with an XBLA box that only costs $50 but just plays XBLA games, it'd be a hit with low-income families.
