Walmart had some cheap desktop machines running on Via chip which ran Linux. The GOS people call it the Google OS but, Google has nothing to do with it as far as I know.
I heard people formatted these PC and tried to run Windows on it but, it had issues.
So if OPLC has a contract with MS I am not sure going with the VIA chip is a smart move.
