Want those malaria dollars? You have to give MS marketing direct access to your country's Cabinet officers. Want any of Warren Buffet's charity money for education? Your district has to go all Microsoft.

Or, in the present situation, if you want access to Feynman's lectures, you have to install MS-only software to play them.
