I understand the point of this article and agree - but I think its being misunderstood by the googlites as "cloud computing is the way of the future - use google apps."
Isnt ultimately this just EDI? No matter the method it sounds like EDI. EDI has been around for years - is used extensively between organizations and their partners, contractors and even used to process information for consumption by customers etc.
