Between keeping my system up to date, blacklisting these websites on my router and turning off ports that aren't used, I am pretty safe, but hey, the cycle never ends and one will always vie for control over the other, thus you will always have security threats, new ways to fight those threats, and new ways to go arund those proctective measurs, a cycle that never ends. happy
