Seems to me you could replace "Enterprise 2.0" with nearly any major IT initiative and this would be a sound piece. So what does it specifically say about Enterprise 2.0 failures?
Where are the more specific issues around failure to provide mechanisms for people to 'find' each other, or integrating directly with where people already 'are'?
