SaaS does indeed allow CIOs to do more with less, and has all the lower cost, ease-of-implementation and scalability/continuous quality advantages mentioned above. But I think another key point warrants mention as well: In some cases, cloud computing and SaaS *perform* better. In our case, http://www.nefsis.com Video Conferencing, a true cloud can reduce latency times, and extend room-based systems to any desktop worldwide. These are performance advantages over traditional systems in our category.
