The electric connection to the wall is still there, so, the monitor will essentially be in a fixed location. The hub will also be connected to a wall somewhere, so, even there, there is no portability.
It seems the only thing this new TV set does is to separate the connections in the back of the TV with the connections in the hub. A 50 inch LDC HDTV can be purchased for around $1500 lately, so why would someone want to part with an additional $3000 for virtually no new functionality. Am I wrong or does this "new" TV seem like a stupid idea?
