Is this a tech story or a info-ad? With experience in this kind of application in terms of kiosks, we found that users often don't know what kind of question to ask.
And putting my phone on the table and have it automatically download everything.... uh, any one have a security or privacy question? Anyone? .... Anyone?.... Beuler?
Seriously, I'm still of opinion that such applications can be helpful, but with the very high cost of hardware, looks to me like advertising is going to have to play a big part of any real application and the support costs may be a killer.
