I just don't get that statement he made. Does "more bang" mean he thinks it's the largest install base? (it's not) Or is he referring to iPhone apps selling better than other mobile platforms (which is probably a correct assumption).
Either way, I'm glad those devs are at least porting from their lead platform.
I'm a little curious about your "Trifecta" statement... I mean, yeah iPhone is very popular (and definitely falls victim to the rabid fanboyism that Apple products often do). But "popular with carriers?" They've got AT&T... that's it. Look how many carriers are picking up Android --nearly all the major carriers already, and Android isn't even a year old. Both are very popular with developers. All Android has to do is get the same kind of name recognition that iPhone enjoys, and it'll really take off.
