Having customers in a state/commonwealth is not a reason to force facebook to follow their laws. Facebook has customers in EVERY state. Using your lame argument, they should follow every state's laws. So what if the laws conflict?
Example - does a magazine publisher have to publish separate issues just to satisfy the laws of a particular state? No they don't.
