I would like to apologize to Mr. Perlmutter. It was my invention of BHRAM, that derailed RDRAM, and, I suppose also Timna. I showed it to Intel in 1998, and they misappropriated it, and used it. You may view my Canadian patent application #2245363,at cipo.ic.gc.ca, and judge for yourself. I never completed the patent, but that's the history of it.
