It is, but there are still issues that need to be addressed, particularly around making it easier for SaaS and cloud-based applications to integrate into existing IT management processes.
Coincidentally Conformity hosted a good roundtable discussion with the Enterprise SaaS Working Group today, which includes executives from Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors, Appirio and others, on the topic of issues inhibiting faster adoption of SaaS in the enterprise.
