Hi Nealnoting: Sounds like an interesting seminar. However, you did something that is one of my pet peeves: Using an unexplained abbreviation. I don't know what CRM means. Maybe i knew once, but i have long forgotten. I wish all posters would think of this before, in the interest of brevity, they abbreviate terms that are only clear in their own minds. ...OK: I just googled the term and got 37,000,000 hits; however the prominent one appears to be "Customer relationship management".
