Unless you purchased a membership to Facebook and you pay for Google, Gmail, etc., then yes they are FREE!
If you don't want to "pay with your time", then don't use it!!
Otherwise, get over the fact that Facebook is not obligated to provide ANYTHING to you, and shut up!
