I'm guessing "OpTier" makes some sort of monitoring product. It better be good, because this space is already top-heavy with earlier contestants. I've been deploying BAC/SiteScope for ages, and it's pretty well accepted. OpenView and others are also popular, so OpTier certainly has its work cut out for itself. What the heck, I'll read their white paper.
