Rather, it is about how UAC in Windows 7 can be
bypassed by user-mode applications by default.
Also, it's a very late article. Source code as
well as compiled binaries capable of completely
sidesteping this "upgraded" UAC have been
released months ago. Google Windows 7
UAC bypass if you don't believe me.
