You claim Microsft did something wrong, that they somehow tried to "alter the content of the show" yet the very paragraph you refernce says something totally different.
If a sponsor does not want to be associated with a skit due to it's subject matter and can not have it changed, then it is their perogative to remove themselves from sponorship, or not even ask to have it changed, just drop out as it will not even be worth the trouble.
Or as many ABMer's like to proclaim "vote with their wallets".
Looks like Microsoft "voted with their wallets".
