Hi, I saw your closing E 2.0 summit remarks
presentation, and I am a bit disappointed that you are
using the traditional approach to defining engagements
and approaches to projects at clients. If a project
does not have both an top down angle and a bottom up
angle, but is a linear approach, the project will
fail. We know it as we have implemented and are
currently implementing E 2.0 projects. The old
consulting way is no longer applicable to the new
world. If you are interested in new methods, will be
happy to share.
