Well that's the point isn't it? I am researching presently how to implement a knowledge management system using Web 2.0 technologies at a transport company. The first thing every company ask me is: " what is in for me and my business?", So why can't anyone enumerate a couple of tangible benefits of Web 2.0 for businesses? I mean, we all know that it's a couple fun technologies, but could it be that it's rather only profitable for individual, and not so much for businesses value wise?
