We knew Oracle and Sun would be a disaster. We laughed out loud when the merger was announced and we are laughing even louder now. Meanwhile, I have thousands and thousands of Dell servers running Windows 2008 R2. My MCSE's stand at full attention when I walk into the office and I demand full respect for my deep insights into destroying all remnants of UNIX over the past 10 years here.
