quite different. I think it is more focused on
collaborative creation of a site, where everyone
can edit everything. CMS is more focused on
creating forms where completely inexperienced
users can submit content (through a form) in a
controlled way, and have the content published
automatically, with all of the standard
decorations and links to navigate the site.
