I agree bitlocker is an advanced feature. I also agree on the recommendations for SBS and Home Server. I recommend and install both for clients. The market I'm talking about is the independent consultant who works out of their house. Their laptop and their mobile phone are their business. They probably have confidential data on both. They don't want or need a server, although I'd still recommend Home Server as a backup for them. They do need a way to encrypt data at rest on the laptop in case the laptop gets lost or stolen. They probably don't need the feature set of Ultimate.
