Excellent post and great coverage of our space overall during the year. While 2009 was the year of product announcements and some early customer wins, I'm optimistic that the roadmaps of Microsoft, Cisco, Google and IBM, along with the independents like Intermedia, appRiver, Apptix and others, will allow large-scale adoption in 2010. I've been very impressed by the rate at which these giants are evolving in their strategy (e.g., the rate of price drops in the space). Pretty fun to watch!
