I have owned my Nook for almost 2 months. The primary thing that sets it apart from other e-readers, access to free in-store content, has been very problematic. BN apparently has not upgraded their networks to handle the increased load due to Nooks and the offer of free wi-fi. And the in-store content is only available via wi-fi. So i can't recommend buying one if that is important to you. And BN is constantly advertising the in-store digital freebies, as well as free wi-fi, so it's probably going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
