Great list, it is always good to get your insights on where the market players are going from your point of view, as well as where you think they are somewhat fallen short!
I know you have been focusing on Software Vendors in your series, but what do you think about adding a little overview of analysts and analyst and system integrators. I am sure potential buyers would be interested in seeing who can actually help them implement a Social CRM Strategy
Also I noticed that you focus on the North American market players. Are there any worth mention that are in EMEA or elsewhere, or is this space going to be dominated by the companies listed here, full stop?
