First, thank you for the shout out and valuable feedback. David and I have enjoyed connecting with you on behalf of Radian6 in 2009 and look forward to what 2010 will bring!
This year, Radian6 has a lot on the horizon. We are definitely looking towards more integrations. We view our platform as more than just a monitoring tool and 2010 will bring more valuable additions to the platform to assist in active listening and engagement within and external of the organization.
2009 was a dynamic year of growth for us and we intend on catching up and reaching out to all those who made our growth possible. The feedback of our fans and users helps are tool evolve and stay relevant. Your suggestion of review of SAP Business Objects is spot on and we will definitely take into consideration.
Regarding the automated sentiment analysis, we understand we have a lot more education to do about this tricky beast. You can, however, turn off our automated sentiment by removing the sentiment subjects. We will reach out offline to show you our automated sentiment features.
