facebook don't treat you like a CUSTOMER because you're not one. You're merely a USER. Customers pay money. Facebook's customers are their advertisers - they probably get their calls answered! I'm not sure what Facebook's revenue per customer is, but with just one email they've probably lost money with you already.
heck, google don't even have a telephone number for Adwords customers who spend less than $5k a month!
