Exist a tiny (but important) difference between a tabletpc and a device with a touch interface.
A tabletpc retain the mouse cursor, also this allow the use of right button (if the stylus have such option), and most premium tabletpc even allow pen angle and pressure.
A tabletpc, with some pros and cons can replace a mouse+keyboard interface.
Instead, a touch device is not a mouse replacement.
