Load of crap

This is unmitigated crap... there has never been one known instance of cc info being stolen during a data transmission. Sure, if the server security is subject to SQL injection, there's a possibility of breach, but the FUD distributed by the "security" industry is pure BS.

The so-called "reports" are speculative at best. There's little, if any, foundation in any of them.

I defy anyone to demonstrate security breaches that have resulted in credit card theft in any computing environment where anything beyond no security is present. Breaches occur only in settings where there is absolutely no security taken.

The whole security industry is based on BS, smoke and mirrors.

It just doesn't happen.
