Criminals have very different requirements of a service than business.
If I was using a cloud system for criminal activity.
-Adds an extra layer of distance from legal liability.
-Uptime are less important than #1
-Data loss probably not as much a concern doesnt out weigh #1
-Data security and privacy not a concern
Business doesnt need to hide from the law
-Uptime is critical
-Data protection is critical
-Data Privacy is paramount
