Hi all,
I am a user of wikipedia and so sees the donation drive from its CEO. I can understand the reasons for wiki to do so in order to stay free for the world.
But what i cannot comprehend is the purpose of Google donation? Don't you think the money will be better spend in donation to needy causes all over the world?
Donation to any war and disasters hit countries and areas in the world will show case Google even more to its customers and the world.
Don't mistaken, I am a super Google user and supporter. Just like I pose the same question to Microsoft and its companies, why can't super wealthy companies and individuals not do more to relief less fortunate people and countries, even for a day?
Is it only average man on the street who has the heart to do so?
I wish to go on but have to lunch now...just my 1 cents worth of opinion...hope someone can note and respond here or in other media channel.
Best wishes,
Ryan Tew
