Working in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, and End User Support for small firm with 175 engineers (smart people with no whit about security and void of all common sense), and I can tell you we have been plagued with issues relating to exploits through Flash and Reader.
Adobe has done a TERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE job at providing secure, reliable, and quality products for a few years now.
Adobe, you have earned a reputation similar to the one that IIs 4.0 and 5.0 held. Good job Adobe.
