Javascript should be disabled in Adobe reader & its browser plugins.

By default, javascript should be disabled in adobe reader & its browser plugins.

And if the user explicitly enables javascript, then the adobe reader should alert the user & ask for permission when a script is starting -- especially if that script runs on loading the d ocument.
