Flat Taxes, makes mouths happy.

If they want to Tax the E-Commerce, do something simple 2%, 1% goes to Feds and 1% goes to the state that the Item is shipped to. Easy right? The company already is paying taxes to the state in which it's incorporated if applicable, so that would make it fairly easy all around.
