That's a set of political statements which to my
mind support Hooverism, but which I really don't
want to argue about.
My point is that things like CAT scanners are
peripherals, that they will increasingly be
connected to networks via Electronic Medical
Records, and that the meaningful use rules under
which EMRs are encouraged will impact the devices.
