And why not - These figures are no doubt culled from the same apathetic group who approve of texting while driving. Of course when they lose a family member to someone who though it was more important to text "hey what's up" than pay attention to the passenger vehicle the were about to slam into at 50 plus miles an hour would hopefully change their minds. I have to go now, my exit is coming up!
