Nielsen says 21 percent, but that's in the US and as of Q4 2010

@John Zern That's the most recent number I could, easily, find, but it was still being cited by reputable media sources (eg The Chicago Tribune) as of late April '10. Which tells me that a new number hasn't been released yet.
