1) Gartner's figures refer to 2009 total sales and we can see that Android's share for the first three quarters is very low. Not sure you can use that as evidence for Q1 2010.
2) Of the iPhone's 8.75 million sales in Q1 2010 only about a quarter to a third are US based. You can get the exact number from AT&T's results.
3) Comscore's figures are units in use, not sales. Note Android's jump between quarters - it's larger than the OS X's.
There's no real reason to doubt these figures.
