Thank you for your article. We worked hard to deliver a SAPPHIRE NOW experience that introduced a newer, more open SAP and was a living illustration of the vision of our co-CEOs. The customer is at the center of the SAP strategy and was at the center of the SAPPHIRE NOW experience. We responded to the change in the way people want information by creating and delivering content at SAPPHIRE NOW that is open, consumable, interactive, relevant, on-demand and contextual.
