from all the people who said Apple was gouging customers on charging for iPod OS upgrades. Why?
Because the accounting rules implemented by Sarbanes-Oxley were relaxed a few months ago, and what do you know? Apple no longer charges for iPod OS upgrades.
So, yes, Apple haters, it WAS because of a federal regulation.
