I'm currently working on four apps. I kind of bounce back and forth. The hardest part is that I have no phone at the moment and my computers don't have touch displays, so no multitouch testing for me.
I do wish they made some dev phones available. These would be phones that have all the features, but don't need to have a working phone radio and could weight a pound. I just need something to test on.
For me this is a hobby. I am a WPF/WCF developer, and so the transition has been pretty easy. VS2010 is a surprisingly solid IDE (they pretty much nailed it out the gate after moving to WPF).
