Mary obviously it seems you haven't reached to all the developers just taking sampled survey doesn't necessarily be it to all. I am seeing a roar from the developers and they are eagerly waiting for a dev phone, but unfortunately Microsoft is rolling out dev phones only to those who submitted their apps to Windows Marketplace. But that may change. I have my 2 applications and 2 games lined up and once I get hold on real phone I am submitting. I am just waiting to test on a real piece of hardware before submitting it to Marketplace.
